Welcome to GiftcardX! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products offered on GiftcardX. Please read them carefully before proceeding, as they set out the contractual basis for any transactions on GiftcardX.
GiftcardX is a crypto-powered e-commerce platform accessible via giftcardx.store. By continuing to use GiftcardX, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
GiftcardX is an electronic commerce platform specializing in the resale of closed-loop gift cards and vouchers of fixed or variable amounts, in different currencies, that can be redeemed by the Customer at the issuer's store in exchange for services and products offered by such issuer.
GiftcardX offers different products depending on the Customer's country. We do not guarantee that a product purchased from one country page will work when used in a different country and therefore strongly advise Customers to read the terms and conditions of each particular product.

Upon selection and payment, the Customer will receive access to the product either on screen or by email. Orders are processed immediately and products are delivered either instantly or within a few minutes of receiving a successful payment, depending on the product purchased.
In case your product does not arrive within 30 minutes of successful payment, please contact support@giftcardx.store.
Some products sold are geographically limited to certain countries. GiftcardX reserves the right to deny, cancel, suspend, or limit fulfillment of any purchase order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Products can be purchased using cryptocurrency. Our available payment methods are offered solely for your convenience and are subject to availability.
Payment with crypto: Customers may choose to pay with any of the cryptocurrencies accepted at the time of purchase by GiftcardX, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, BNB, Solana (SOL), and others. These payments may be subject to network fees and confirmation times.
If you attempt to pay with an unsupported coin or using an unsupported network, we will not be able to refund you and your funds may be lost. Always verify the payment details before sending.
We reserve the right to update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Your gift card code is delivered instantly — shown directly on screen and sent to your email address after payment confirmation. Most orders are fulfilled in under 30 seconds.
There can be delays that are outside of our control, such as force majeure, unexpected outages, or failure to send a correct payment. GiftcardX will not be held responsible for delays caused by the Customer or third parties.
Due to the digital nature of gift cards, all sales are generally final once a code has been delivered. However, GiftcardX offers a 24-hour replacement guarantee: if your gift card code is invalid or was already redeemed prior to delivery, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it at no charge.
Customers qualify for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Refunds will not be issued for: products that have been successfully delivered and redeemed, incorrect purchases due to Customer error, or products purchased via circumvention of geographical restrictions.
To request a refund, contact support@giftcardx.store within 30 days of the transaction. After 30 days, refunds are at the sole discretion of GiftcardX.
GiftcardX offers a 2% cashback program to reward Customers for their purchases. Cashback is awarded in USDT and credited to your account after each qualifying purchase.
Cashback amounts may vary per product. GiftcardX retains the right to increase, decrease, or eliminate cashback for any product, or to suspend or terminate the program at any time.
Cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash and can be used exclusively to purchase products on GiftcardX.
The proper functioning of GiftcardX depends on its interaction with several third-party providers, including gift card issuers, blockchain networks, and payment processors. Transactions may from time to time fail due to technical or other reasons. GiftcardX may not be liable for a technical issue affecting a transaction caused by third parties.
GiftcardX implements purchasing thresholds in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering policy. Any Customer using multiple accounts to circumvent limits may have their account suspended. Customers must not share GiftcardX accounts.
Customers are intended end-users of the products. If you wish to purchase products for resale, please contact us at support@giftcardx.store.
GiftcardX is a reseller of gift card products. We are not the creator, issuer, organizer, or manager of the products, nor have we played any role in deciding their terms and conditions. GiftcardX is not sponsored by any issuer, nor are we related to or acting on behalf of any issuer.
We make no representation regarding the product's suitability for its intended use. Customers acknowledge and agree that GiftcardX is not liable for any decision or policy of the issuer to refuse to accept the product.
The Customer is fully liable for any mistakes, losses, or damages arising from the provision of incorrect information, or from the acquisition, use, or resale of the product in a manner that infringes applicable laws.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. GiftcardX shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to protect your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@giftcardx.store immediately.
GiftcardX and its products shall not be used to infringe or circumvent applicable laws and regulations. Should GiftcardX become aware of or reasonably suspect unlawful activity, the Customer's data may be reported to relevant authorities and their access may be restricted.
Customers agree not to abuse the GiftcardX platform by employing automated means to access it, interfering with its systems, or transmitting harmful software.
GiftcardX's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. No members of the GiftcardX team shall have any personal liability based on a Customer's use of the platform.
GiftcardX accepts no responsibility for viruses or malicious software on Customer devices, for third-party website content linked from GiftcardX, or for any decisions made based on information obtained from the platform.
GiftcardX reserves all rights with respect to the design and content of the platform. All text, graphics, logos, and other materials on GiftcardX are protected by copyright and trademark laws. GiftcardX grants no license to use any such materials.
Third-party logos and trademarks displayed on GiftcardX are used solely to identify the origin of the products on sale and remain the property of their respective owners.
GiftcardX takes the privacy and protection of Customer personal data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Do not use GiftcardX if you do not agree with our Privacy Policy.
GiftcardX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the last amendment will be displayed at the top of this page. Customers agree to review these Terms before each transaction.
These Terms, and any disputes relating to them or your use of GiftcardX, shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
